Developing high-quality human resources in the knowledge economy in Vietnam currently

Abstract
In the trend of integration and globalization,
especially in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution, in order to create
momentum for the development of the knowledge economy, countries all focus on
developing high-quality human resources. This is also the pioneering force that
determines the success or failure of Vietnam on the path of breakthrough
development towards forming a knowledge economy in the future. However, the
quality of our country's human resources has not made many breakthroughs yet,
and there have been still some shortcomings in education and training. The
paper focuses on clarifying some issues related to the development of
high-quality human resources in building the current knowledge economy in
Vietnam, thereby proposing some solutions to develop high-quality human
resources in the process of building a knowledge economy in the new context.
