Abstract
Vietnam stands as a nation with a profound
respect for learning. This appreciation for education has evolved into a
cherished tradition within the cultural framework of the Vietnamese people. The
tradition reflects the practical experiences of nation-building and
development. While the tradition of valuing education in Vietnam has remained
consistent, it is not static; it adapts in response to changing socioeconomic
conditions. Deeply intertwined with the nation’s history of state-building and
defense, this educational tradition continues to be enriched, especially in the
current context of Vietnam’s socio-economic advancement. As the pace of
scientific and technological progress accelerates, nurturing a spirit of
inquiry among students becomes essential. Learning not only equips students
with knowledge and access to cutting-edge scientific expertise but also fosters
noble life ideals that guide them on their paths to personal success.
